On Thursday we visited Hillhead 2018, the event is a biannual show in a quarry in the hills of Derbyshire displaying all that is involved with quarrying, mining and associated industries. With some massive kit, impressive professionalism and insight into a industry that, like farming, doesn’t stand still it was an enjoyable day. Certainly some interesting approaches to problem solving that may be suitable for use in Agriculture.
